If you are looking for a non-conventional plant vase to add some stylish hint to your room, you can try this one which is able to levitate. It looks like a Photoshop’s magic, but it is real. The plant vase is named LYFE, a little vase of bold design that has become popular at Kickstarter.
The inspiration came from the nature itself: plant of the genus Tillandsia, the family of bromeliads are known as flying plants because they have no contact with the ground. Thinking about it, a Swedish team developed a vase that simulates their natural habitat. That is, the air.
The vase was elegantly designed, formed by twelve geometrically perfect sides. The magic touch are the two magnets: one at the base of the vase and the other in support, creating the effect of levitation. The plant floats and spins in the air, in a hypnotic movement of indescribable lightness
According to the creators, LYFE is ideal for cold countries, like Sweden, because the rotation movement gives the plant all possible sunlight.
