This project which is denominated “White House” by the company MK27 (an architect studio) is located in São Sebastião, a São Paulo’s north coast. This house was built with different materials, so that’s why this house have a strong luminosity and resistant structure when we are talking about bad climate conditions. This house was built with aluminium, wood and concrete.

The project design was based with minimalism and characteristics of a Brazilian modernism, a cultural trend of architecture which is very famous and used by one of the main architects of Brazil, Oscar Neymer.
It’s impossible don’t desire to stay in holiday in a house like this. In the ground, you can find the kitchen, pool and gardens and in the first level, you can find the room and the second garden structure.
